How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the NERD app:
- Open the NERD app and go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your decision when prompted.
Your account will be marked for deletion immediately and all data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Option 2: Request Deletion via This Page
If you cannot access the app, use the form below to request account deletion.

Your account deletion request has been received. We will process it within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email address.
Important: You can also request account deletion by sending an email to mohdhasn212@gmail.com from the email address associated with your NERD account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Profile Information: Name, email, university, major, profile photo, and bio.
- Booking History: All past and upcoming session bookings.
- Messages: All in-app messages and conversations.
- Payment Information: CliQ alias, bank details, and transaction history.
- Reviews: Reviews you have written (reviews written about you by others may be anonymized and retained).
- Uploaded Files: Profile photos and any other uploaded content.
- Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens used for notifications.
Deletion Timeline
- Your account will be deactivated immediately upon request.
- All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
- Some anonymized, aggregated data (such as platform usage statistics) may be retained, but it will not be linked to your identity.
Before You Delete
Please note:
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- If you have any upcoming booked sessions, please cancel them before requesting deletion.
- Any pending payments will be processed before the account is fully deleted.
- If you change your mind, you will need to create a new account.
