Use of NERD

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your account secure. You must not impersonate another person, create misleading profiles, or use another user's account without permission.

User Content

You may submit profile details, listings, offers, messages, files, and support requests. You are responsible for content you submit and must not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content.

Tutoring and Bookings

Students and tutors are responsible for communicating clearly, attending agreed sessions, and following platform rules. NERD may review or restrict accounts that misuse bookings, payments, messages, or support workflows.

Payments and Fees

Where payments, commissions, refunds, or verification processes apply, they are handled according to the rules shown in the app and any applicable local requirements. Users must provide accurate payment verification information.

Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, hate, threats, fraud, spam, or abusive behavior.
• Sharing illegal materials or violating another person's rights.
• Attempting to bypass security, scrape data, or disrupt the service.
• Using NERD for non-academic scams, fake listings, or misleading offers.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create safety risks, abuse the platform, or require action for legal or compliance reasons.

Disclaimers

NERD is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific educational results, or that every user interaction will meet your expectations.
